On Friday 15th November 2024 the Lord-Lieutenant presented Michael Gould, the Managing Director of Richardsons Healthcare Ltd with their King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade, the highest award a business organisation can receive.
This is the second award that Richardsons Healthcare has received, the first being the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, also for International Trade, five years ago.
Winners in this category have to have demonstrated that their organisation has achieved outstanding growth in overseas earning and in commercial success (for their business size and sector) through either steep year on year growth without dips over three years or substantial year on year growth without dips over six years.
The KAE is awarded for five years and Richardsons Healthcare Ltd was one of 252 businesses who received the KAE this year across the country, and one of five recipients in Merseyside.
Richardsons Healthcare Ltd has over fifty years of expertise delivering patient support systems and expert advice on mattresses for operating table manufacturers.
