Opening of the Shakespeare North Playhouse

The Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to welcome the Duke of Edinburgh to Prescot today to open the fabulous Shakespeare North Playhouse. The Playhouse has seen 100,000 visitors through its doors, 10% of whom have never visited a theatre before
