Nigel Lanceley DL was Guest of Honour at the New Ferry Butterfly Park Open Day on Sunday 5th May 2024. This event marks the 29th Year of this Cheshire Wildlife Trust reserve being open to the public. The event attracts about 600-1,000 visitors.
Nigel unveiled six bespoke tiles added to the gate posts of the Butterfly Park’s Silver Jubilee Gates, funded previously by a grant from the Duchy of Lancaster Benevolent Fund Merseyside. The sun shone and the butterflies came out at this spectacular location.
