The Lord-Lieutenant was honoured to present the Long Service and Good Conduct Awards on Friday 11th October at Aintree Racecourse. As well as they many LSGC awards, he also presented ex firefighter Stephen Bousefield with his British Empire Medal, awarded for services to the Community in Merseyside. A humbling day to hear of so much bravery and dedication.
