Liam Hanlon DL attended St. John’s Catholic Primary School in Liverpool this afternoon to give another presentation of the Lieutenancy’s Schools’ Programme.
The programme is aimed at children in years 5 and 6 and introduces them to the Monarchy, its history and current work.
So far the children have really loved the presentations, and loved hearing that The King can fly a helicopter and works very hard! They love learning about the Royal Standard and the Union Jack and the cypher on the postboxes. But they really, really love the sword!
