The Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside presented British Empire Medals to four deserving recipients on Friday 31st May 2024. Pictured below are the Lord-Lieutenant, Mr. Mark Blundell, Mrs. Joan Prescot BEM, Dr. Catherine Hubbert BEM, Mrs. Toni Hanlon Crown BEM, Mrs. Amanda Lear BEM and the High Sheriff Professor John Mohin OBE D.Univ.
All four received their awards for their remarkable contribution to society, each of them making peoples lives better in different ways. The Lord-Lieutenant gave his congratulations to each one and their families and sent His Majesty’s best wishes and thanks for the valuable contribution they have made to others.
