Anti-bullying event – St. George’s Hall

Sue Higginson OBE DL represented the Lord-Lieutenant on 6th November at St. George’s Hall at the Anti-Bullying Project, linked to Anti-Bullying week which takes place next week.

Sue said, “It was a joyous occasion and I was delighted that a number of the schools that were there, are also linked with our Lieutenancy Schools Programme (where Deputy Lieutenants are visiting schools to talk about the Monarchy).”

“The work they are doing is exceptional and most needed, developing respect and inclusivity during the formative years of youngsters who I was very proud of.”

“It really is the greatest privilege to be invited to learn about, and support, the great work being done across our region.”
