If you know of an organisation run by more than 50% volunteers, which has been running for over three years (and has more than three volunteers), why not consider nominating them for a King’s Award for Voluntary Service.
There are some more elements of eligibility on the KAVS website, but take a look, it’s really not difficult to make a nomination and it is the best way to recognise the outstanding work that volunteers do in Merseyside.
Two recent KAVS winners in Merseyside were the Friends of Flaybrick Cemetery and Rotary Club St. Helens.
